First day as an investigator

  1. Sign in at suraag.xyz/console.
  2. Upload a DVR export from Uploads & Queue.
  3. Ask a question in Search; open a result in the Viewer.
  4. Select an object → Follow across cameras.
  5. Seal a report in Cases & Reports; press Verify.

First day as an administrator

  1. Create users and roles.
  2. Register cameras; draw zones; set armed hours.
  3. Enter the WhatsApp number and e-mail for alerts.
  4. Set live-clip retention.
  5. Enrol the edge device.
